- Upon confirmation, a deposit of $200.00 is requested within 3 weeks. This deposit will be reimbursed the day the equipment is picked up if no dammages, of any kind, were done on the day of the rental to the marquis tent, the furniture or the accessories.

If, due to unforseen circumstances you have to cancel your rental, your deposit is not refundable. However, if we are able to rebook the date you will be refunded all but $100.00.
- The price you have been quoted will not increase between your date of booking and the rental day.
- Final payment is required upon delivery of goods.
- Domaine Chez Philias reserves the right to cancel the rental at any time due to unforseen circumstances, misleading or lack of information, regarding the rental. All deposit will be refunded.
- We openly print our conditions to ensure that there is no confusion.
