Terms and Conditions for Reception booking
Upon confirmation, a deposit of $200.00 is requested. This will be reimbursed the following week of the event if no dammages, of any kind, were done on the day of the booking to, the buildings inside or out, furniture and/or accessories.
A hall rental fee in the amount of $300.00 is requested upon reservation.
If, due to unforseen circumstances, you have to cancel you reception, your deposit is not refundable. However, if we are able to rebook the date you will be refunded all but $100.00.
The price you have been quoted will not increase between your date of booking and the reception day.
Your final choice of menu, seating and floor plan will be discussed at a meeting 8 weeks prior to your reception.
A deposit of 40% is required 60 days prior to the event, on the total cost of the food, music, minister, decorations, and any other services required.
Final numbers and final payment are required 10 days in advance.
Deliveries of any type, flowers, cake, decorations, place cards, ect. are required the business day before your wedding.
Domaine Chez Philias reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time due to unforseen circumstances, misleading or lack of information, regarding the reception. All deposits will be refunded. We openly print our conditions to ensure that there is no confusion.
